- The stability issue for a problem appearing in Neural Network Theory is discussed in this paper. The considered system involvesdiscrete delays and continuous but not Lipschitz continuous activationfunctions. Our results extends similar ones in the literature from the Lipschitz case to the non-Lipschitz case.
