- Abstract:
- An image fusion is the process which combined appropriate information from two or more source of images into one single image, this combined or modified image shows the improved quality of information. The quality of an image is related to its perception quality, resolution and contrast. In this paper, we have applied Pyramid Decomposition based on image fusion techniques, which means Laplacian and Gaussian pyramid decomposition. Good quality of fused images used in many applications as remote sensing, robotics, microscopic, medical fields etc. The results shows the quality of image is improved as well as better brightness in dark, gray or bright regions also.
