Abstract:
This paper proposes a novel design of microstrip Yagi–Uda antenna with high directivity, high gain, low back lobe radiations and proper impedance matching. This microstrip Yagi-Uda antenna operates at frequency of 6.52 GHz and achieves gain upto 8.671dB and directivity upto 10.63dBi. CST simulation software is used for simulation of proposed branch structure Yagi Uda antenna. Parameters of antenna such as return loss, input impedance, smith chart, radiation pattern are analyzed and discussed in this paper.
