Abstract:
The training of continuing education courses is one of the fundamentals of the educational process. These courses are a natural extension of the efforts of the educational process at universities to represent an integrated system through which staff training to improve their performance and raise their efficiency. E-learning and continuing education are important to the university from which overlooks the world. These interact positively with various educational patterns through specialized training courses that meet the needs of the university and the community. So it is found that going to support the application of traditional education learning mechanisms such as e-learning her ability to support and build a high level staff is one of the most important challenges that we must work on it. In this paper an evaluation system lecturer depending on interactive options that helps to use the page safely and effectively is presented. This research deals with access to intelligent and successful system. Also it has a high performance in the provision of content courses according to the needs of each student regarding his style of learning. The system is applied to the professors of the University of Kirkuk/Iraq. In addition it provides the establishment of courses and lectures online for various computer programs and applications to demonstrate the success of the system with the enormous development in the field of computers. There are many ways and techniques for sending instruction over the web, instructional content can be produced by web pages written in PHP. Academic courses can be produced wholly through the web with improved the online educational systems for instructors and students. Therefore the proposed system permitting for more actual evaluation and more precise assessment of the learning development.
