Abstract:
The digital combinational and sequential circuits are operated on well known logic levels i.e logic high (1) and logic low (0). The base radix of these numbers is 2. By increase in the base radix it is possible to design the digital circuits on multi value logic level. The work in this paper proposes the digital combinational circuit implementation on the logic system whose base (radix) is more than 2 on 50nm CMOS technology. Implemented circuits show proper functionality of the implemented combinational circuits and possibility of the multi value logic base combinatorial and memory circuit design. Transmission gate is use as a switch with low resistance path in the design of multiplexer logic to implement look up table for quaternary logic level circuits. The multi value logic levels are generated through binary to quaternary converter and applied on transmission gate base structure to design quaternary combinational circuits.
